RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE BANK OF ILK

AND DE8IMATI:NG PERSONS TO SIGN CHECKS,
$RAFTS AND OED614S AGAINST SAID ACCOUNT.
MHERSAS, it has been recommended that the hest intertst
of the VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE Would be served by
maintaining the "VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE OMMAL ACCC,UNT"
in the BANK OF ELK GROVE.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE PRESIDENT ANC
BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE' is
f of lows :
SECTION 1. That the BARK OF ELK GROVE, in tba
VILLAGE OF ILK GROVE VILLAGE, be and it hereby is designated
as depositary in which the funds of the "VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE
VILLAGE GENERAL ACCOUNT" may be deposited, and that any
officer or employee is hereby authorised to deposit funds in
said account for this "VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE GENERAL
ACCOUNT90 and to endorse for that purpose checks, drafts, notes
and like obligations. Endorsements for deposit may be written
or stempeA endorsement of the "VILLAGE OF EIA GROVZ VILLAGE
GENERAL A06401Te without designation of the person making the
endersememl.
SliCTION Y. That all checks, drafts &-.A orders drawn

shall be signed by the President,, the Clerk, and the Treasurer
