A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING INSPECTION FEES
'WHEREAS, Section 6,005, page 55 B-2 of the Municipal Code of the Village
of Elk Grove Village does provide for the setting of inspection fees by
resolution adopted by the President and Board of Trustees, and
1dHEREAS, it is deemed necessary that same be established;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage:
Section 1. That all persons connecting directly to any Village water
and/or sewer main shall pay an inspection fee of x5.00. Each single family
residence and each apartment shall constitute a connection liable for such
inspection fee.
Section 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law.
