RESOLUTION NO. 10-64
REQUEST TO CHICAGO DISTRICT PIPE LINE COMPANY TO ANNEX PROPERTY OWNED Bl IT
TO THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
WHEREAS, the Village of Elk Grove Village has received a request from VALE
DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, an Illinois corporation and CHICAGO TITLE AND TRUST COMPANY,
Trustee under Trust Nol 46221) the legal title holders and owners of the real
estate located immediately North of the Chicago District Pipe Line between Plum
Grove Road and Meacham Rohd) to annex said property to the Village of Elk Grove
Village] and
WHEREAS, in order to make such annexation possible, it is necessary to annex to
the Village of Elk Grove Village the 82.50 foot wide strip of property awned by
the Chicago District Pipe Line Company immediately North of the Village limits
of the Village of Elk Grove Village between Plum Grove Road and Meacham Road;
and
OHEREAS, it is in the best interests of all parties concerned that both properties
be annexed,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village as follows:
Section 1. That the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove
Village do hereby request the Chicago District Pipe Line Company to annex to the
Village of Elk Grove Village the said 82.50 foot wide strip of property owned by
them immediately North of the Village limits of the Village of Elk Grove Village
between Plum Grove Road and Meacham Road.
Section 2. That this resolution be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval according to law.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 12th day of March, 1964.
