ANNEUTION OF LAND
BE It UMLV13D by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of 81k Grove Village. Cook County• Illinois, that:
Section, 1. It is to the best interests of the Village that the
following dowribed panels be annexed to the Village of Elk Grove Village.

all as shawl on the attaebed map.

East of the third Principal Nrridiast on the West by the existing
Village limits and on the North by the existing Village limits,

Seftlem ,2. The Village of Elis Grove Village shall annex said
territory Immediately upon the filing of annexation potitiome oomplytag
with the laws of the &tate of Illinois.
Usl4a 3. The Village of Elk Grove Village shall give pollee and
fire services to said territories, both while the annexation referred to
herein is pending and after the summation thereof is completed.
