A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REIMBURSEMENT FOR IA36 OF WAGES BY FIRE CHIEF
WHEREAS, the Village of Elk Grove Village is in need of the services of
its Fire Chief, and
WHEREASi it is occasionally necessary for the Fire Chief to be absent from
his regular place of employment mile performing functions as Fire Chief of
the Volunteer Fire Department of the Village of Elk Grove Village, thereby
incurring loss of wages from his regular place of employment,
NOujj THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois.
Section 1. That the Fire Chief be reimbursed 05.00 per day for loss of
daily wages which he suffers as a result of his duties as Fire Chief, but
not exceeding X105.00 in any one month; said reimbursement to be in effect
May 1, 1964.
Section 2. That this authorization supercedes the provision of Resolution
No. 23-62 adopted September 27, 1962 wherein a daily reimbursement was
authorized in the amount of x25.00 (not to exceed a total of w75.00 per
month).
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law.
PASSED this day of June, 1964.
