A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING STREETS AS SHOWN ON A PLAT OF
SUBDIVISION DESIGNATED AS THE SOUTHERN PORTION OF SECTION 1
EAST AND INCLUDING ROCKWOOD DRIVE FROM THE NORTHWEST RIGHT OF
WAY LINE OF THE COMMONWEALTH EDISON PROPERTY TO REDWOOD AVENUE,
REDWOOD AVENUE, COTTONWOOD DRIVE AND FLEETWOOD LANE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1. That the Village of Elk Grove Village does hereby
accept streets as set forth in a plat of subdivision which has hereto-
fore been approved and designated as the southern portion of Section 1
East and including Rockwood Drive from the northwest right of way line
of the Conmionwealth Edison property to Redwood Avenue, Redwood Avenue,
Cottonwood Drive and Fleetwood Lane,
as well as all public improvements, constructed or installed on said
streets, said acceptance being conditioned upon the filing of a main-
tenance bond in the amount of $ 20,000.00 for a period of one
years.
Section 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
