A RESOLUTION ACCEPTIM STREETS AS SHOWN ON I PLATSOF
SUBDIVISION DESIGNATED AS CENTEX INDUSTRIAL PARK UNITS
7, 81 AND 11 AND INCLUDING NICHOLAS BOULEVARD FROM
ARTHUR AVENUE TO DEVON AVENUE AND ARTHUR AVENUE FROM
ELMHURST ROAD TO 109 FEET WEST OF NICHOLAS BOULEVARD.
NOW, THEELMRE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1. That the Village of Elk Grove Village dellehereby
accept streets as set forth in s platsof subdivision which =x hereto-
fore been approved and designated as Centex Industrial Park Units
70 8, and 11 and including Nicholas Boulevard from Arthur Avenue
to Devon Avenue and Arthur Avenue from Elmhurst Road to 109 feet
vest of Nicholas Blvd.
as well as all public improvements, constructed or installed on said
streets, said acceptance being conditioned upon the filing of a main-
tenance bond in the amount of $ 5,000.00 for a period of one
years.
Section 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
