A RESOLUTION COMMENDING AMPEX CORPORATION
FOR DONATION OF RECORDER.
WHEREAS, the Ampex Corporation, 2201 Landmeier Road,
Elk Grove Village, has heretofore donated an Ampex PR -10
recorder for the use of the Police Department's Control Center;
and
WHEREAS, said recorder is of aid to the Police Depart-
ment as well as the Fire Department in message transmission,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and'
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties
of Cook and DuPages
Section 1. That the Ampex Corporation, 2201 Landmeier
Road, Elk Grove Village, is hereby commended by the President
and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village for
Its donation of an Ampex PR -10 recorder for use by the Police
Department of said Village and for its continuing aid to the
Village, its residents and citizens.
Section 2. The Village Clerk is hereby instructed to
send a certified copy of this resolution to the Ampex Corpora -
t ion.
Section 3. This resolution shall be in full force and
'r•om and after its passage and approval according to law.
