NOW, THERMREy BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of
Illinois:
Section 1 - That the Village President be and is hereby authorized to
sign the attached documents marked MUMt or
, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof
as if fully set forth and the Village Clerk is authorized to attest said
documents upon the signature of the Village President.
Section 2 - That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law.

with the purpose in mind of relayinG zanc to squcd cars operated by the
Villa, -,e of Schaumburg when their police officers are not available to receive
the telephone calls directly;
it is to the best interest of both villages and the interest
of economy to fully utilize their stc.ff and equi7_^ent to the best interests
of both;
Ii0?d THEREFORE it is agreed by and between the Village of Schaumburg and
the Village of Elk Grove Vill^.;e:
C-12: That the Village of Schar_TM_bzrg is to install or cause to be
installed in the Village Hall in the Village of Ell; Grove Village, such
telephone equipment as is necessary -:o accomplish the purpose of rcla;ring
the cs.11s of its residents via Ell; G:rove police radio to squad cars owned and
operated by the Village of Schautab:xrg.
