FIRST: That we do hereby request from the Department of
Public "Aiorks and Duildinps, State of Illinnis, a permit authorizing
the Village of Elk Grove to proceed rith the work herein
described.
SECOND: That wv hereby nledpe the good faith of the
Village of Elk Grove
and guarantee that all cork shall be rerformed in accordance with the
conditions of the permit to he granted b7' the Department, of Public Works
and Buildings of the State of Illinois, and to hold the St:.te of Illinois,
Department of Public ti;orks and Buildings, har less on account of any
damages that may occur to nersons or property during the prosecution of
such work, and assume all liability for daiaPes to persons or pronerty
due to accidents or otherr!ise b,- reason of the work which is to he
performed under the nrovision of said nermit.
