RESOLUTION NO. �3
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE
ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED OF
CONVEYANCE E@ THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
WHEREAS, the Villago of Elk Grove Village, a municipal
corporation, has purchased the properties of the Elk Grove Water
and Sewer Company, Ino., a private utility corporation, and
WHEREAS, as part of the properties purchased there was
purchased real estate legally described as followet
Lot 97 in Centex Industrial Park Unit No. 10, being a
Subdivision in Section 26, Township 4.1 North, Range 11
East of the Third Principal Meridian, Cook County,
Illinoisj
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties
of Cook and DuPage, Illinois :
Section 1. That the Village of Elk Grove Village does
hereby accept the grant and deed of sonveyance of the above de-
scribed real estate to it by the Elk Grove Water and Sewer Com-
pany, Inc. , an Illinois corporation.
Section 2. That the Village Clerk of t,#e Village of
Elk Grove Village is hereby authorized to registt%r the deed of
conveyance to the Village of the above mentioned property, as
well as a copy of this resolution, with the Registrar of Titles
of Cook County.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its ;passage and approval according to
law.
PASSED this 21st day of Maroh, 1963.
Vote: Ayes : Dillon, Keith, Pahl, Smith, Young, Zettek.
Nays: None.
Absent: None.
