A RESOLUTION IMPLEMENTING CHAPTER 22A OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties
of Cook and DuPage, Illinois :
Section 1. That bills for water and sewer service shall
be sent out monthly and dated as of the last day of the month for
which the service or any part thereof was rendered; said bills
shall be due on the 10th day of the succeeding month unless said
10th day falls on a Sunday or holiday, in which case said bills
shall be due on the succeeding day following tAvvwb6W5aNW.
Section 2. When water is Brut off pursuant to Section
22A.603 of the Municipal Code of Elk Grove Village, it shall not
be turned on except upon the payment of a fee of 910.00.
Section 3. This resolution shall be in full fore* and
effect from and after its passage and Approval according to law.
