A RESOLUTIOX AUTHORIZING SIGNING OF GRANT OF EASEMENT (ROCKWOOD DRIVE)
FROM COPD iOAdEALTH EDISON COMPANY
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1. That the President and Village Clerk are hereby authorized to
sign on behalf of the Village a grant of easement for the purpose of
accepting said grant of easement from the Commonwealth Edison Company;
a copy of which grant is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law.
