A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN COMMONWEALTH EDISON COMPANY
AND THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the President and Board of Trustees,
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1. That the President is hereby authorized to enter into and
sign an agreement between the Village of Elk Grove Village and the
Commonwealth Edison Company, a copy of which agreement is attached
hereto and made a part hereof, and that the Village Clerk be and is
hereby authorized to attest the President's signature and to forward
a copy of same to the Commonwealth Edison Company for their signature
and attestation.
