A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CONTRACT FOR TROICHINO
AND bACKP'ILLING BETWEEN VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE:

WHEREAS# We L. Hodes Trenching Service hag submitted a
proposal for trenching and backfilling, dated Varch 15, 1962,
which proposal together with a contract between the Village and
said We Le Hodes Trenching Service is attached hereto and made
part hereof, and
'01!;Ri;PI5, it is deemed to the best interests of the Vil-
lage that the contrect attached be entered into by and between
the parties, namely: Village of Elk Grove Village and We L.
Hodes 'Trenching s=ervice,
NuG'!, TLLR�O ., 13E IT RLSOL'VET3 by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Llk Grove Village, Counties
of Cook and DuP4ge, Illinois:
Section 1. That the Village President and Clerk be and
are hereby authorized to sign and enter into a trenching and back-
filling contract between the Village of i.lk trove Village and Vie
Ta. Hodes 'Trenching :service, a copy of which is attached to this
resolution and incorporates by reference as if fully set out.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval, according to
law.
PASSED this 7th day of May, 1962.
