RESOLUTION OF THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
ELK GROVE VILLAGE RELATING TO PREVAILING WAGE RATES
WHEREAS, The Village of Elk Grove Village in accordance
with the prevailing wage act has previously determined the Prevailing
Wage Scale for Public Works within the County of Cook, State of
Illinois and has filed the Prevailing Wage Rates with the office
of the Secretary of State of the State of Illinois, and
WHEREAS, there have been no changes in said prevailing wage
rates for Public Works in the County of Cook during the past six
(6) month period,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD
OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGR OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That the Prevailing Wage Rates as previously
filed with the Secretary of State of the State of Illinois, remain
in full force and effect.
Section 2. That the Village of Elk Grove Village shall file
an amending Certificate with the office of the Secretary of State
when changes have been made in the prevailing wage rates.
Section 3. That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to file a Certified Copy of this Resolution with the
Office of the Secretary of State of the State of Illinois and to pub-
lish this Resolution in a local newspaper in the Village of Elk Grove
Village.
ADOPTED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Elk Grove Village this 23rd day of Jul* _, 1962, A.D.
