formed that the Pioneer Trust and Savings bank as Trustee under
Trust We. 1105, as oenaer of a W as" tract located at the south-
west corner of Golf and Busse Roads, Elk drove Towasasips has ap-
plied for a speegal use perait from the Cook County Board of Com-

defined by its official plant and

planned to be against the best interest* of the Village of Elk

that there has boon a hearing before the Cook County Zoning Beard
of Appeals on said application on January 210 19610 at whiah time
leave was granted to said Village within which to file objections;
and
WHEIMASO the Village of Elk Grove Village believes it to
be against the best interests of the Villages its taxpayers and
residents and against the beat interests of School District 590
most of whose taxpayers are also taxpayers of the Village of Elk
Grove Villages and
WERMWAB, the applicant in the above entitled application
has made no arrangement for dedication of lend for public use and
Is desirous of creating papulation density which, in the opinion
of the Village of Elk Grove Village„ will create aoeial and gov-
ormental problems whish it and other municipalities operating in
the vicinity of the property in question will most probably have
to solve at some subsequent time;

board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook Countys
Illinois:
section 1. The Village of Elk Grove Village by its

the granting of a special use permit for a planned development on
a W aecre tract owned by the Pioneer Trust and Savings Bank as
Trustee under Trust mo. 051, and located at the southwest corner
of Golf and Busse Roads in Elk Grove Township, Cook County, Mi-
nois.
