RESOLUTION
OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE
Upon motion of James R. Young, , trustee,
seconded by trustee James L. Carroll , the following
resolution was duly passed and adopted by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove, County of Cook,
State of Illinois,
RESOLVED that the Village Clerk ar Acting Village
Clerk is hereby authorized to employ Carol11 N s

her appointee, as a clerical assistce o ass.s er
in the taking of voter registration on March 1, 2,
and 3, 1960. That said clerical assistant shall be
paid $10.00 per day for each of said days. That
said person is also authorized to serve as deputy
clerk of the Village for the period mentioned above
and in accordance with 1 9-69.2 Chapter 24, Cities
& Villages Act of the Ill. Revised Statutes.
