RESOLUTION AUTHCRIZING CONTRACT FOR BACKFILLING AND
TRENCHLJG
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Vi age of
Elk Grove Village, Cook County, Illinois, believe it to be to th best
interest of the Village of Elk Grove Village to enter into a,contract for
backfilling and trenching of certain areas designated in the contract and
plata attached hereto and made a part of this resolution;
NOW9 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook County, Illinois:
Section 1 That the President of the Village of Elk Grove Vil—
lage, Cook County, Illinois, be and is hereby authorized and directed to
execute the contract attached hereto for trenching and backfilling as set
forth in the attached plats; that the same contract and plats are hereby
incorporated by reference in this resolution.
Section 2 That this resolution shall take affect and be in
full force and effect after its adoption and approval.
Adopted and approved this 8th day of August, 1960.
