Resolution to authorize transference
of funds from the Bond Fund to the
General Corporate Fund
WHEREAS the Village of Elk Grove Village has, in anticipation of re-
seilig, funds derivable from a $400,000. bond issue heretofore passed, ex-
pended certain sums hereinafter set forth from its General Corporate Funde,
which funds have and were appropriated for other purposes; and
WHEREAS said expenditures were within the contemplation of equip-
ment to be paid for from the bond issue funds, said equipment and the
amounts expended being as followas

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOISs
Section 1 That the Village Treasurer be and is hereby instructed to
reimburse IVIGeneral Corporate Fund fron the Bond Funds the sum of $13,621.16,
which am is the total of the aforementioned items ordered and paid for in
apticipation of the receipt of the bond funds.
Section 2 That the Treasurer charge the aforementioned items and sums
expends or hem to the appropriate bond account to which the sum applies
and in the case of items of general expense which should be pro -rate- pro-
rate on the basis of the amount that the particular bond fund charge bears to
the total of all bond issues represented in the 6400,000. amount.
Section 3 That this resolution shall be in full force and effect forth-
with upon its adoption and approval according to law.
