THEREFORE; be it resolver? by the VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE

FIRST: That we do herebv request from the Department, of
Public '.orks and Buildings, State of Illinois, a permit authorizing
the VILLAGE' to proceed rith the work herein
described.
SECOND: That we hereby pledge the good faith of the
VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE
and guarantee that all work shall be rerformed in accordance hiith the
conditions of the permit to be granted b^ the Department of Public r+orks
and Buildings of the State of Illinois, and to hold the State of Illinois,
Department of Public works and Buildings, harmless on account of any
damages that may occur to persons or property during the prosecution of
such work, and assume all liability for dariages to persons or property
due to accidents or otherwise by reason of the work which is to be
performed under the provision of said permit,
THIRD: That we hereby state that the proposed -ork is,
is riot, to be performed by the employees of the VILLAGE
FOUFTH: That the proper officers of the VILLAGE
are hereby instructed and authorizes to sirn said permit in behalf of
the VILLACIL OF ELK
