RESOLUTION No.1 -56
WHEREAS, the public health, safety, and welfare require
that a sewer system and water system be installed in the Village of
Elk Grove Village ,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village that the Engineer
for the Village, De Soto B. McCabe do Associates be authorized,to
prepare all plans, specifications and surveys necessarily incidental
to the passage by this President and Board of, Trustees, of an Ordinance
to provide for the issuance of combined sewer and water revenue bonds
and that the Attorney for the Village, Frank M. Opeka, be authorized
to provide all necessary ordinances and to complete the necessary
steps for the issuance of combined cower and water revenue bonds.
