THEREFORE, be it resolve(! by the Village of Elk Grove Village
Countv of COCK State of Illinois
FIRST: That re do hereby req uest from the Denartment of
Public ',-;orks and Buildings, State of Illinois, a Dermit authorizing
the Skokie Valley Asphalt Co., Inc., to proceed with the work herein
described.
SECOND: That vie hereby liledpe the good faith of the
Village of Elk Grove Village
and guarantee that all rork shall be nerformed in accordance with the
conditions of the uermit to be granted by the Department of Public Works
and Buildings of the State of Illinois, and to hold the StF-te of Illinois,
Department of Pabli c "V'jorks and Bui ld .ngs, harmless on account of any
damages that, may occur tc nersons or property during the prosecution of
such rork, and assume all liability for dariages to persons or pronerty
due to accidents or otherrise b7, reason of the work which is to be
performed under the nrovision of s�i(l permit,
THIRD: That we hereby state that the pronosed rork is,
is not, to be nerformed by the employees of the Skokie Valley Aspbalt Co., Inc.,
FOUrTH.- That the nro-er officers of the Village of Elk Grove Village
are hereby instructeO and authorized to sign said permit in behalf of
theVillage of Elk Grove Village and Skokie Valley Asphalt Col, Inc.,
