V-MREAS, the VILLAGE OF = GROVE VILLAGE
located in the County of 0008 State of Illinois,
wishes to construct sanitary sewers and watermain together with the necessary
manholes, valves and hydrants from Lendmeier Road south in Busse Road (Rt.83)
to Devon Avenue.
THICH by law comes under the Jurisdiction and control of the Department of
Public Works and Buildings of the State of Illinois.

THEREAS, a permit from said Department is required before
said work can be legally undertaken lrr said Village
now
�. THEREFORE, be it resolve,l by the Village of Elk Grove Village
County of Cook , State of Illinois
FIRST: That we do hereb'v request from the Denartment of
Public Horks and Buildings, State of Illinois, a permit authorizing
the Inland Lakes Sever & Water Co., to proceed with the work herein
described.
SECOND: That we hereby nledge the good faith of the
Village of Elk Grove Village
and guarantee that all work shall be Performed in accordance with the
conditions of the permit to be granted by the Department of Public "forks
and Buildings of the State of Illinois, and to hold the State of Illinois,
Department of Public loorks and Buildings, harmless on account of any
damages that may occur to Persons or, property during the prosecution of
such work, and assume all liability for damages to persons or property
due to accidents or otherwise by reason of the work which is to be
performed under the nrovision of said permit,
THIRD: That we hereby state that the pronosed cork is,
:6� , to be performed by the employees of the Inland Lakes Sever & Water Co.
FOUPTH: That the nroner officers of the Village of Elk Grove Village
are hereby instructed and authorized to sign said permit in behalf of
the village of Elk Grove Village and Inlaid Lakes.,.Sesr9r'& Water Ccs. ,
