RESOLUTION designating depositary
for VM% funds
BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Cool: County, Illinois:
SECTION 1. That the Des Plaines National Bank, Des Plaines
Illinois, be and it is hereby designated as a depositary for all funds
of the Village of Elk Grove Village in an account to be known as
"Village of Elk Grove Villagall,
SECTION Z. That all checka drawn on said account shall be
signed by the Treasurer, President and Village Clerk.
SECTION 3. That thte Resolutions shrill be in full force and
effect upon its passage anis approval according to law.
