RESOLUTION approving Agreement
relating to Oakton Street - State Aid
Road 1:180 Section 128-0203-M.F.T.
Village of Elk Grove Village.
BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village,; Cook County, Illinois:
Section 1. That the President and Clerk are hereby authorised
and directed to execute an agreement on behalf of the Village of Elk
Grove Village, a Municipal Corporation pertaining to "Oakton Street -
State Aid Road 128, Section 128-0203-M, F. T. , Village of Elk Grove
Village" submitted by the County of Cook, a body corporate and politic
pursuant to an ordinance entitled "An Ordinance providing for the
construction, repair and maintenance of Oakton Street within the Village
of Elk Grove Village, Illinois", (Ordinance No. 27) passed on
September 9, 1957.
Section 2, That a certified copy of this resolution shall be
attached to said Agreement,.
Sectinn 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
upon its adoption and approval according to law,
