RESOLUTION accepting streets
in the Village of Elk Grove Village
Section 1 North.
WHEREAS, De Soto B. McCabe & Associates, the engineers for
the Village of Elk Grove Village have submitted their report and
recommendation with respect to the construction of streets, curbs and
gutters and public walks in Elk Grove Village, Section 1 North; and
WHEREAS, in and by said recommendations have advised the
Village Board that said public improvements with the exception of Oakton
Street have been completed :in full compliance with the plans and specifi.
cations heretofore approved by this Village Board and recommend that
the Village accept said streets and public improvements and to maintain
them in the future
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, As Follows:
Section 1, That the Village of Elk Grove Village hereby accepts
and agrees to maintain all aE the streets except Oakton Street situated in
Elk Grove Village, Section I North, being a subdivision in the Southeast
Quarter of Section 21, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third
Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois according to plat thereof
recorded as Document No. 16906228 and plat registered in the Office of
the Registrar of Titles, Cook County, Illinois as Document # LR 1718827.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
forthwith upon its adoption and approval according to law.
