RESOLUTION with respect to
water and sanitary sewer permits.
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Sanitary District of Greater Chicago
has heretofore issued a permit to the Village of Elk Grove Village as
permitee to construct a system of sanitary sewers in Elk Grove Village
Sections 1, North and South and Sections 2 and 3 all within the Village

of Elk Grove Village; and
WHEREAS, the State, of Illinois through the Sanitary Water Board
has heretofore issued a permit for the construction of a water plant, water
main and distribution system in Elk Grove Village Sections 1, North and
South and Sections 2 and 3 to the Village of Elk Grove Village as permitee;
and
WHEREAS, The Elk Grove Water and Sewer Company, Inc. is
the owner of and operates and maintains the said water and sewer lines
within said Village of Elk Grove Village in the sections hereinabove set
forth and it is desirable that the said permit be amended to include the
said Elk Grove Water and Sevier Company, Inc. as an additional permitee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT }2ESOLVED, by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook County, Illinois.
Section 1. That the Village Clerk be and she is hereby authorized
and directed to request the Metropolitan Sanitary District of Greater
Chicago to amend the permit heretofore issued for the construction of
sanitary sewers within Elk Grove Village, Sections 1, North and South and
Sectians 2 and 3 by including the name of "Elk Grove Water and Sewer
Company, Inc. " as additmnal permitee under said permit.
Section 2. That the 1rillage Clerk be and she is hereby authorized
and directed to request the State of Illinois through the Sanitary Water
Board to amend the permit heretofore issued for the construction of a
water plant, water main and distribution system within Elk Grove Village
Sections I, North and South and Sections 2 and 3 by adding thereto the
name of "Elk Grove Water and Sewer Company, Inc." as permitee.
Section 3. That a certified copy of this resolution be transmitted
to the Metropolitan Sanitary District of Greater Chicago and to the State
of Illinois, Sanitary Water Board.
Section 4. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
forthwith upon its adoption and approval according to law.
