RESOLUTION accepting Oakton
Street in the Village of Elk Grove
Village„ Section 1, North.
WHEREAS, De Soto B. McCabe & Associates, the engineers
for the Village of Elk Grove Village have submitted their report and
recommendation with respect to the reconstruction of Oakton Street
including curbs gutters and public walks in Elk Grove Vsllage„
Section 1 North, ext,*ept the South Parkway sidewalk; and
WHEREAS, in and by said recommendation have advised the
Village Board that Raid public improvement has been completed in full
compliance with the plans and specifications hereto approved by this
Village Board and recommend that the Village accept said street and
public improvements and to maintain said street in the future,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village„ as follows:
Section 1 That the Village of Elk Grove Village by its President
and Board of Trustees hereby accepts Oakton Street within the Village
and agrees to maintain it, except the South Parkway sidewalk.
Section 2, That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
forthwith upon its adoption and approval according to law,
ADOPTED., this 23rd day of June, A. D. 1953,
