AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE HOURLY SALARIES FOR TEMPORARY PART-TIME ADMINISTRATIVE INTERNS AND SUMMER EMPLOYEES OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois:
Section 1: That the hourly salary for Interns for the Village of Elk Grove Village shall be and are hereby amended as follows:
POSITION DEPARTMENT HOURLY RATE
Intern Engineering & $ 11.42 per hour
Community Development
Intern Village Manager $ 13.94 per hour (start)
$ 14.56 per hour (6 month)
Section 2: That the hourly salary for Summer Employees of the Village of Elk Grove Village shall be and are hereby amended as follows:
1st Summer $ 9.50 per hour
2nd Summer $10.42 per hour
each Summer thereafter $10.85 per hour
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect as of May 1, 2006, and upon its passage and approval according to law.
