ORDINANCE NO. 3097
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2 VEHICLE LICENSES OF
TITLE 6 OF THE VILLAGE CODE ESTABLISHING A LICENSE FEE FOR SCHOOL BUSES
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That Section 6-2-2 A pertaining to required license fees for various vehicles be amended by adding thereto the following:
School Bus $50.00
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
VOTE: AYES: 6 NAYS: 0 ABSENT: 0
