AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE, TITLE 6, SECTION 6-4-5-3 A. PROHIBITED AND RESTRICTED AREAS: NO PARKING STREETS AND AREAS: (WEST GLENN TRAIL)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That Section 6-4-5-3-A., Prohibited and Restricted Areas: No Parking Streets and Areas of the Village Code of the Village of Elk Grove Village be and the same is hereby amended
as follows:
West Glenn Trail
East side, between eight o’clock (8:00) a.m. and four o’clock (4:00) p.m., Monday through Friday on school days, between Biesterfield Road to the north corner of Borman Court.
West Glenn Trail
East side, between eight o’clock (8:00) a.m. to nine thirty o’clock (9:30) a.m. and between two thirty o’clock (2:30) p.m. to four o’clock (4:00) p.m., Monday through Friday on school
days, between the north corner of Borman Court and the south corner of Borman Court.
Section 2: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to publish this Ordinance in Pamphlet Form.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
