AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE, SECTION 6-4-5-2 A. PARKING RESTRICTIONS AND PROHIBITIONS: RESIDENTIAL AREAS (PARKCHESTER ROAD)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That Section 6-4-5-2 A., Parking Restrictions and Prohibitions: Residential Areas of the Village Code of the Village of Elk Grove Village be and the same is hereby amended
as follows:
Parkchester Road, on the north side, from the west lot line of property commonly known as 240 Parkchester Road to the east lot line of property commonly known as 248 Parkchester Road.
Parkchester road, on the south side, 77’ west from the east lot line of property commonly known as 241 Parkchester Road to 104’ north from the south lot line of property commonly known
as 257 Parkchester Road.
Section 2: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to publish this Ordinance in Pamphlet Form.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
