A RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PLAT OF VACATION OF EASEMENT FOR
PUBLIC UTILITIES, DRAINAGE AND CATV (BURGER KING -ARLINGTON
HEIGHTS ROAD)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That approval is hereby given the Plat of Vacation of Easement identified as
Plat of Vacation of Easement for Public Utilities, Drainage and CATV located in the North 10.00
feet (except the East 25.00 feet thereof), the West 10.00 feet and the North 4.00 of the South
10.00 feet (except the East 25.0 feet thereof) of Lot 1 in Serfecz Subdivision, being a subdivision
of part of the West half of the Northeast quarter of Section 32, Township 41 North, Range 11,
East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois, according to the Plat thereof
Recorded as Document No. 26939494 (The Serfecz Subdivision), a copy of which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set forth.
Section 2: That the Mayor and Village Clerk are hereby authorized to sign said Plat for
and in the name of the Village and attach thereto the corporate seal.
Section 3: That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to record a copy of said Plat with the
Recorder of Deeds of Cook County, Illinois.
Section 4: That this Resolution shall he in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval according to law.
