A RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PLAT OF VACATION OF PUBLIC STREET
GATESHEAD SOUTH1501n ANNIVERSARY)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That approval is hereby given the Plat of Vacation of Public Street as
prepared by Gremley & Bidermann, Professional Land Surveyors, (Order No. 2005-03666-
001) dated June 22, 2005, three copies of which are on file in the Village Clerk's Office.
Section 2: That the Mayor and Village Clerk are hereby authorized to sign said Plat for
and in the name of the Village and attach thereto the corporate seal.
Section 3: That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to record a copy of said Plat with
the Recorder of Deeds of Cook County, Illinois.
Section 4: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval according to law.
VOTE: AYES: 6 NAYS: 0 ABSENT: 0
