A RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PLAT OF SUBDIVISION IDENTIFIED AS
M & S SUBDIVISION 2500 W. TOUHY AVENUE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That approval is hereby given the Final Plat of Subdivision identified as
M & S Subdivision, Lots 1 & 2 in Reliance Resubdivision of part of Lot 4 in Higgins
Resubdivision (recorded April 11, 1966 as Document 1972047) in the Southeast'/4 of Section
26, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, (except that part
taken of said Lots 1 & 2 taken for road purposes as per District Court Case No. 91150390,
decree entered August 7, 199 1) all in Cook County, Illinois, a copy of which is attached hereto
and made a part hereof as if fully set forth.
Section 2: That the approval of this Plat of Subdivision is subject to the condition that
the building designated for demolition be in fact demolished no later than August 31, 2006.
Section 3: That the Mayor and Village Clerk are hereby authorized to sign said Plat for
and in the name of the Village and attach thereto the corporate seal.
Section 4: That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to record a copy of said Plat with
the Recorder of Deeds of Cook County, Illinois.
Section 5: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval according to law.
