AN ORDINANCE AMENDING POSITION CLASSIFICATION AND SALARY PLAN
OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE (DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC
WORKS)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That the Position Classification and Salary Plan of the Village of Elk Grove
Village be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
Authorized Positions
Permanent Temporary Total
Public Works Dept. Mav 1, 2006 Added January 9, 2007
Deputy Director

* The added temporary position will terminate upon the retirement of the Public Works
Director. This position will revert to promotion to Public Works Director or to the Assistant to
the Public Works Director position.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval according to law.
