AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 3, CHAPTER 3, SECTION 3-3-7, NUMBER OF
LICENSES OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE
VILLAGE BY DECREASING THE NUMBER OF CLASS A/B LIQUOR LICENSES
(PRONTO ROMA/CUCINA ROMA)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village; Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois; as follows:
Section 1: That Chapter 3, Section 3-3-7, Number of Licenses of the Village Code of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, as it pertains to Class''A/B" Liquor Licenses be amended as
follows:

Class "A/B" Liquor Licenses be decreased
from one (1) to zero(0).
Section 2: The Village Clerk is hereby authorized to publish this Ordinance in pamphlet
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, approval and publication according to law.
