AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 6-4-1-A1 OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF ELK
GROVE VILLAGE BY DESIGNATING CERTAIN NO U-TURN STREETS IN THE
VILLAGE
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove
Village Counties of Cook and DuPage Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That Section 6-4-1-A1 of the Village Code be and the same is hereby
amended to read as follows:
A No U -Turns:
1. No U -Turn streets established:
Busse Road at its intersection with Mark, Devon (northbound only),
Jarvis, 400 Busse, Oak -ton (northbound only), Street
Section 2: Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this
Ordinance shall be subject to a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than
five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each violation.
Section 3: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to publish this Ordinance in
pamphlet form.
Section 4: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage,
approval and publication according to law.
