AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 8, CHAPTER 4 OF THE BUILDING ACTIVITY
CODE OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That 8-4-2:C. be amended to read as follows:
C. Permit Fees: Every applicant, before being granted an original permit
hereunder, shall pay to the Village a sign permit fee. The fees for such
permits shall be such as may be prescribed from time to time by
Resolution of the Mayor and Board of Trustees.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval according to the law.
