AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3-3-7 NUMBER OF LICENSES OF
CHAPTER 3 LIQUOR CONTROL OF TITLE 3 BUSINESS AND LICENSE
REGULATIONS OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE
VILLAGE BY INCREASING THE NUMBER OF CLASS B LIQUOR LICENSES
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That Section 3-3-7 Number of Licenses of the Village Code of the Village of
Elk Grove Village be and the same is hereby amended by increasing the number of Class B
Liquor Licenses from fifteen (15) to nineteen (19).
Section 2: That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval according to law.
