A RESOLUTION ADOPTING AN AMENDMENT TO THE RULES AND
REGULATIONS OF THE BOARD OF FIRE AND POLICE COMMISSIONERS OF
THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, an Illinois Home Rule Community pursuant to the Illinois
Constitution of 1970, Counties of Cook and DuPage Illinois as follows:
Section l: That Paragraph G. List Extension of Article II, Section 4 of the Rules and
Regulations of the Board of Fire and Police Commissioners as adopted by the Mayor and Board
of Trustees on October 13, 1992 be amended by inserting therein a new Paragraph G. which shall
read as follows:
g. List Extension — The Commission may vote to extend the list in
six (6) month increments for as long as they deem necessary.
Section 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval according to law.
VOTE: AYES: 4 NAYS: 0 ABSENT: 2
