AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3-7A-9: LICENSE AND PERMIT FEES;
TERM OF LICENSE OF THE VILLAGE CODE PERTAINING TO CHAUFFEUR'S
PERMIT'S
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3081 passed and approved by the Mayor and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village on April 11, 2006 amended the fee for Public
Passenger Chauffeurs from $10.00 to $40.00.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, by the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That Section 3-7A-9 A. 4. of the Village Code be amended as follows:
4. Chauffeur's permit: Forty dollars ($40.00) per year.
Section 2: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to publish this Ordinance in
pamphlet form.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage,
approval and publication according to law.
VOTE: AVES: 5 NAYS: 0 ABSENT: 1
