AN ORDINANCE AMENDING A CERTAIN SITE PLAN IDENTIFIED AS EXHIBIT A
TO AN ANNEXATION AGREEMENT APPROVED BY THE VILLAGE PURSUANT
TO ORDINANCE NO. 999 ADOPTED ON MAY 6, 1975, AS AMENDED BY
PROVIDING FOR A NEW CLUBHOUSE FACILITY AND POOL FOR THE
HAMILTON COURT APARTMENTS LOCATED NORTH OF NERGE ROAD AND
EAST OF ROHLWING ROAD IN ELK GROVE VILLAGE
WHEREAS, the Village of Elk Grove Village originally approved a plan of development
for approximately 75 acres of property located east of Rohlwing Road and north of Nerge Road
pursuant to Ordinance No. 999, adopted by the Village on May 6, 1975 and as thereafter
amended, which plan provided for recreational facilities including swimming pools; and
WHEREAS, the present owner of the Hamilton Court Apartments facility desires to
relocate a new and improved clubhouse facility in the open area of the subject property and adopt
the existing pool areas for other uses.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That the Village hereby approves the relocation of the present fitness center
and pool to a new relocated clubhouse facility, located in a visible area with potential amenities
including a leasing center, business center, pool, meeting rooms, private party area, kitchenette
and fitness center, the location and description of the existing facilities as well as the
contemplated new facility attached hereto as group Exhibit A and by this reference incorporated
herein.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval according to law.
