AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 1 OF TITLE 8 OF THE VILLAGE CODE
OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE BY ADOPTING THE TITLE
DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T ORDAINED by the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That Chapter I of Title 8 DEPARTMENT OF ENGINEERING AND
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT be amended by adopting the Title DEPARTMENT OF
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT.
Section 2: That the term "Director of Engineering and Community Development" as
used in any Ordinance, Resolution or other section of the Village Code be amended to read
"Director of Community Development."
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval according to law.
