A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLAT OF VACATION OF 10' PUBLIC
UTILITIES AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT (DUKE REALTY TOUHY AND ESTES
RESUBDIVISION -1300 BUSSE ROAD)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That approval is hereby given the Plat of Vacation of 10' Public Utilities and
Drainage Easement located in the East 10.00 feet (except the North 25.00 feet thereof and except
the South 25.00 feet thereof) of Lot 1 in Warner-Lambert Company Subdivision, being a
subdivision in the northeast quarter of Section 34, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the
third principal meridian, in Cook County, Illinois, according to the Plat thereof Recorded as
Document No. 22726023 (Warner-Lambert Company Subdivision), a copy of which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set forth.
Section 2: That the Mayor and Village Clerk are hereby authorized to sign said Plat for
and in the name of the Village and attach thereto the corporate seal.
Section 3: That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to record a copy of said Plat with the
Recorder of Deeds of Cook County, Illinois.
Section 4: That this Resolution shall be in frill force and effect from and after its passage
and approval according to law.
VOTE: AYES: 6 NAYS: 0 ABSENT: 0
