AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 4 SIGN REGULATIONS OF THE ELK
GROVE VILLAGE MUNICIPAL CODE BY DELETING SECTION 8-4-11:13
INSPECTION FEES
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That Section 8-4-11:13 "Inspection Fees" of the Elk Grove Village Municipal
Code be deleted in its entirety.
Section 2: That the Village Clerk is authorized to publish this ordinance in
pamphlet form.
Section 3: That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
approval and publication according to law.
VOTE: AYES: 5 NAYS: 0 ABSENT: 1
