A RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PLAT OF VACATION (PROLOGIS PARK
O'HARE SUBDIVISION)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the mayor and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That approval is hereby given the final plat of vacation identified as Plat of
Vacation (Prologis Park O'Hare Subdivision) being a part of the west half of the southwest
quarter of Section 35, Township 41 North, Range I 1 East of the Third Principal Meridian in Elk
Grove Village, Cook County, Illinois, a copy of which is attached hereto and made apart hereof
as if fully set forth.
Section 2: That the Mayor and Village Clerk are hereby authorized to sign said plat for
and in the name of the Village and attach thereto the corporate seal.
Section 3: That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to record a copy of said Plat with the
Recorder of Deeds of Cook County, Illinois.
Section 4' That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval according to law.
