A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLAT OF RESUBDIVISION IDENTIFIED AS
PROLOGIS RESUBDIVISION AND PLATS OF EASEMENT VACATION FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1201 KIRK, 1401 KIRK AND 2781-91 KATHERINE WAY
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That approval is hereby given the Final Plat of Resubdivision identified as the
Prologis Resubdivision being a subdivision in the East '/2 of Section 3, Township 40 North,
Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in DuPage County, Illinois, a copy of which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set forth.
Section 2: That approval is hereby given the Plat of Easement Vacation for railroad spur
track on Lot I in Elk Grove Industrial Park Resubdivision No. 1, being a subdivision in the East
'/2 of Section 3, Township 40 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, according to
the plat thereof recorded September 28, 1989 as Document R89-120803, in DuPage County,
Illinois, said easement for spur track being more particularly described as follows:
The East 600.00 feet of the south 32.00 feet of lot 25 in Elk Grove Industrial Park Unit 10
(underlying), being a subdivision in the south %2 of Section 3, Township 40 North, Range 11,
East of the Third Principal Meridian, according to the plat thereof recorded October 16, 1973 as
document R73-65095, in DuPage County, Illinois
Also the south 17.00 feet of lot 38 in Elk Grove Industrial Park Unit 18 (underlying), being a
subdivision in the east %2 of Section 3, Township 40 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal
Meridian, according to the plat thereof recorded July 10, 1978 as document R78-62361 in
DuPage County, Illinois.
Section 3: That approval is hereby given the Plat of Easement Vacation for railroad spur
track as created by plat recorded October 3, 1975 as document R75-53874 falling within the
north 17.11 feet of the east 400.00 feet of the west 470.00 feet of lot 32 in Elk Grove Industrial
Park Unit 13, being a subdivision in the south '/2 of Section 3, Township 40 North, Range 11,
East of the Third Principal Meridian, according to the plat thereof recorded October 3, 1975 as
Document R75-53874, in DuPage County, Illinois.
Section 4: That approval is hereby given the Plat of Easement Vacation for ingress,
egress & parking as created by plat recorded June 7, 2007 as document R2007-106189 falling
within the south 2.89 feet of the north 20.00 feet of the east 400.00 feet of the west 470.00 feet of
lot 32 in Elk Grove Industrial Park Unit 13, being a subdivision in the south '/2 of Section 3,
Township 40 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, according to the plat thereof
recorded October 3, 1975 as document R75-53874, in DuPage County, Illinois.
Section 5: That the Mayor and Village Clerk are hereby authorized to sign said Plats for
and in the name of the Village and attach thereto the corporate seal.
Section 6: That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to record a copy of said Plats with
the Recorder of Deeds of DuPage County, Illinois.
Section 7: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval according to law.
