AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK
GROVE VILLAGE, TITLE 6, SECTION 6-4-5-3 A. PROHIBITED AND RESTRICTED
AREAS: NO PARKING STREETS AND AREAS: (MARTHA STREET)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That Section 6-4-5-3 A., Prohibited and Restricted Areas: No Parking Streets
and Areas of the Village Code of the Village of Elk Grove Village be and the same is hereby
amended by adding thereto the following:
Martha Street
West side, off of Biesterfield Road to a point 220 feet south of Biesterfield Road.
Section 2: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to publish this Ordinance in
Pamphlet Form.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage,
approval and publication according to law.
VOTE: AYES: 6 NAYS: 0 ABSENT: 0
